Job Description
Zynoor Team is hiring for Call Center / Telesales Executive.
আমরা আমাদের Sales & Customer Support Team-এর জন্য smart, responsible এবং disciplined কিছু team member খুঁজছি।
এই role-এর main কাজ হবে customer-এর সাথে phone call করে order confirm করা, product details বুঝিয়ে বলা, customer query solve করা এবং interested customer-কে order করতে help করা।
আপনাকে প্রতিদিন customer call, follow-up, order confirmation এবং sales conversion নিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে। Customer কী চায়, কোন product নিয়ে doubt আছে, size/price/delivery নিয়ে কী question আছে — এগুলো সুন্দরভাবে explain করে customer-কে proper support দিতে হবে।
এই position তাদের জন্য best, যারা মানুষের সাথে ভালোভাবে কথা বলতে পারে, patience আছে, target নিয়ে কাজ করতে পারে এবং eCommerce sales/customer handling শিখে নিজের career grow করতে চায়।
Previous call center, telesales, customer support বা sales experience থাকলে priority দেওয়া হবে। তবে experience না থাকলেও যদি communication skill ভালো হয়, শেখার আগ্রহ থাকে এবং full-time কাজ করার mindset থাকে, তাহলে apply করতে পারবেন।
আমরা এমন মানুষ চাই, যে customer-এর সাথে polite থাকবে, team discipline follow করবে, সময়মতো office করবে এবং নিজের responsibility ঠিকভাবে handle করবে।

Requirements
Minimum HSC / Honours running / Honours completed
Clear voice এবং ভালো communication skill
Bangla ভাষায় সুন্দরভাবে customer-এর সাথে কথা বলতে পারতে হবে
Basic computer / mobile / internet use জানা থাকতে হবে
Customer-এর প্রশ্ন ধৈর্য ধরে handle করার ability থাকতে হবে
Sales mindset থাকতে হবে
Target-based কাজ করতে comfortable হতে হবে
Full-time office duty করতে পারতে হবে
Honest, disciplined এবং punctual হতে হবে
Previous call center / sales experience থাকলে priority দেওয়া হবে
Female / Male উভয়ই apply করতে পারবেন
Responsibilities
Customer call করে order confirmation করা
Product details, size, price, delivery charge explain করা
Customer question / objection handle করা
Pending order follow-up করা
Customer interested হলে order convert করা
Wrong / fake / risky order identify করতে help করা
Daily call report maintain করা
Messenger / WhatsApp team-এর সাথে coordination করা
Return কমানোর জন্য customer কে proper information দেওয়া
Team leader / admin-এর instruction follow করা
Customer-এর সাথে polite, professional এবং respectful communication maintain করা
