Job Description
Zynoor Team is hiring for Parcel Packager / Packing Staff.
আমরা আমাদের Packing & Dispatch Team-এর জন্য honest, careful এবং hardworking কিছু team member খুঁজছি।
এই role-এর main কাজ হবে confirmed order অনুযায়ী correct product pick করা, properly fold/pack করা, invoice/label match করা এবং courier dispatch-এর জন্য parcel ready করা।
Parcel packaging আমাদের business-এর খুব important part. কারণ packing ভুল হলে wrong product delivery, return, customer complaint এবং company loss হতে পারে। তাই এই position-এ careful, disciplined এবং responsible মানুষ দরকার।
আপনাকে daily order অনুযায়ী product check, size/color match, barcode/invoice verify, parcel pack, sticker attach এবং dispatch team-এর সাথে coordination করে কাজ করতে হবে।
এই position তাদের জন্য best, যারা হাতে-কলমে কাজ করতে comfortable, fast কাজ করতে পারে, কিন্তু তাড়াহুড়ায় ভুল করে না। Previous eCommerce packing, warehouse বা parcel packaging experience থাকলে priority দেওয়া হবে।
Experience না থাকলেও যদি আপনি honest, hardworking, careful এবং full-time কাজ করতে পারেন, তাহলে apply করতে পারবেন।
যদি আপনি মনে করেন আপনি দায়িত্ব নিয়ে clean, accurate এবং fast parcel packing করতে পারবেন, তাহলে Zynoor Team-এ apply করুন.
Requirements
Minimum SSC / HSC
Product size/color/code বুঝে match করতে পারতে হবে
হাতে-কলমে warehouse/packing কাজ করতে comfortable হতে হবে
Fast কাজ করতে হবে, কিন্তু ভুল করা যাবে না
Careful, honest এবং disciplined হতে হবে
Full-time office/warehouse duty করতে পারতে হবে
Product fold, pack এবং label attach করতে পারতে হবে
Barcode/invoice/sticker match করতে পারলে priority
Previous eCommerce packing/warehouse experience থাকলে priority
Team instruction follow করতে হবে
Office timing এবং warehouse discipline maintain করতে হবে
Pressure-এর মধ্যে কাজ করার ability থাকতে হবে
Male candidate preferred
Responsibilities
Confirmed order অনুযায়ী product pick করা
Product size, color, SKU/code check করা
Invoice/label/order information match করা
Product cleanভাবে fold করে parcel pack করা
Courier sticker/label properly attach করা
Wrong product dispatch কমানোর জন্য final check করা
Packing table clean এবং organized রাখা
Daily packing target follow করা
Damaged/wrong/missing product দেখলে inventory team-কে জানানো
Packing mistake হলে সাথে সাথে report করা
Dispatch/courier team-এর সাথে coordination করা
Return/hold parcel আলাদা করে রাখা
Admin/team leader-এর instruction follow করা
